This happiness shrine i made have things that have a meaning to me in my life. Music is one of the most important things in my life, music helps me get through the day and life. i love nature i love the beautiful views. its everywhere and anywhere so why not enjoy it.
i got a scholorship for an art class of my choose in Anderson Ranch. june 9, 2014 - june 13, 2014 with 2 other girls from my school joe and amber. and laura our teacher. we satyed a whole week up there in a condo. food, matireal, class and everything else was free. the first thing we did every morning we walked to the ranch and have breakfest before we startded our classes. we sat on a table with our class group, meet our teachers and talk and keep to know more an bout each other. ext. after we head to the classes and start class interduse our selves and talk about our experiences with art and little bit of our backgrounds. i took a Japanese wood block printing , wood block printing is basically prints transfer to a special Japanese garden paper from the wood block you carved. every block is a different color. and a different part of the print your doing.
i got a scholorship for the clay art center in Carbondale, Colorado and i took a clay printing class in the morning with pam porter and throwing behind the wheel class in the afternoon for a week July 27, 2014 through July 31 , 2014. clay printing is a slack of clay with layers and layers of clay on top of one another you can change the color of your slack to any color you want or how ever you like. after that you let it dry a little bit and them but a piece of paper over it and roll it with the pizza roller to smooth it all out and begin your print. you can do all kinds of things with this using pastels, clay, and such. keep the clay wet so as you work on your print spry some water. also as you work on it smooth it all out to keep the print same level and keep this in the clay slack. when you transfer the print to the paper you can print it any sale or way you'll like.
